We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return them for a full, no questions asked refund in the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@griqos.co. Then we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations/Modifications
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at support@griqos.co to see if a modification can be made.
Damages And Issues
During transportation, accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, at support@griqos.co with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email.
Returning the damaged product is not required. Our customer support team will be more than happy to offer you a full, free replacement of the damaged product(s) or a full refund through your original payment method.
Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.
Wrong Address
Please note that if the package doesn't reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount. You are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping and billing information upon placing an order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping Costs
There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for our cost of shipping the product to you. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service is mandatory
